Wool Mittens with Applique Wool Felt and Embroidery

Create Wool Mittens from a felted wool blanket. I have several colors available and they are: Royal Blue, Medium Blue, Dark Teal Blue, Dark Pink, Yellow, Cream White, and White. I will have the mitten pieces cut out to save time. There is a welting that can be added when sewing the mitten pieces together.
Mittens will be available in 3 sizes and you will need to indicate what size you will need. Small 7 to 8 inches. Medium 8 to 9 inches. Large 9 to 10 inches. There is a limited number of colors/sizes combinations available.
Hand width(widest part of your hand) is the circumference of your hand just below your knuckles, excluding your thumb. Use a tape measure to determine hand width, as this measurement requires you to wrap the tape around your knuckles, sides, and palm. You may find yourself in between sizes. Looser is warmer and tighter for more dexterity.
Sew and decorate with simple appliques and embroidery. There are several applique patterns available for you to choose from. The appliques are made with felted wool. Some new patterns available as well as old ones. It can be as simple as a little bird, heart or teardrop to the new ones like a gnome, Inuit figures or a Christmas item. Once all the appliques have been added and the embroidery stitching is complete, we will sew the mittens together by hand finishing off with imitation black rabbit fur. You may also bring your own fur if you wish. Needs to be in a strip of at least 11 to 12 inches long and 3 inches wide per mitten.
Extra cost of $15.00 for real rabbit fur (black). Knowledge of sewing an asset but not required.
